How to Apply

  • Treatment of citrus: Post-picking, by disinfection with water and/or washing to prevent infection and protect the fruit against Phytophthora citrophthora. Treatment with Aliette in combination with T.B.Z. or Imazalil shall aid in delaying the development of molds. The basis for consumption of the preparation is 6 grams of preparation per each ton of fruit going through the disinfection array. Maintain this ratio and adjust the dosage of the preparation by the volume of the spray actually administered per each ton of fruit.

Mode of Action

  • When applied as a preventative treatment, Product inhibiting spore germination and the penetration of the pathogen into the plant or blocks mycelial development and sporulation, in the case of a curative treatment the product slows down sufficiently the invasion of the pathogen, by reinforcing the natural defensive reactions of the plants and subsequently enabling the host's hypersensitive physical response to localize or seal-off the invading organism
